I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right next to the train station, which made it very convenient for my travels. It's also in a great area, close to the town centre, so everything was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any queries I had. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for my needs, and I was pleased to find that my room had been upgraded from a single to a double, making it very good value for the price. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide range of options to choose from, including delicious orange juice, which was a great start to the day.

Loved the place, had a pleasant overnight stay on a business trip. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including cereals, fruit juice, toast and croissants. The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Grosvenor Shopping Centre.

There were pleasant staff and rooms for a fantastic stay. The restaurant was great for breakfast nearer to the end of service at around 9am, I tried hot dishes.

Conveniently located near train station and city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean accommodations. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The stay was real good. Staff and rooms were good and I loved it. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was large.

Relaxing great budget hotel with fabulously helpful staff members in the receptionist. Decent position near the station, in the very very nice area.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being right across from the train station. It made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions, with the city center being within walking distance. There was also a shuttle bus available right outside the train station, which was a great option for getting around.

The overall condition of the hotel was quite dated and in need of renovation.

I had a good experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was ideal short walk to restaurant and bars, train station and centre. Huge & cosy unit with coffee, ironing board, as example.

Food was fabulous and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. Low-budget hotel, I loved unbeatable location and recently refurbished rooms. Rooms with coffee making facilities, tea and lovely decor. Exceptional staff, providing good service.

As a tourist, I loved the hotel's charming character and period furniture. The old-world charm added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, keeping the tables at the breakfast area clean and tidy. The location was perfect, right at the entrance to the train station and a short walk into the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The complimentary biscuits and tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch. The bar area with the little library was a cozy spot to relax in the evenings.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.
